Shipping within the United States

Sample policy: orders ship only to US addresses. Standard shipping is $12, with complimentary shipping on merchandise subtotals of $150 or more. These values match the checkout defaults and can be changed using Cloudflare environment variables.

Sample timing: in-stock pieces are prepared within 3–5 business days and typically arrive 3–7 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

Local pickup

Local pickup is not currently offered or configured.

Returns

Sample policy: contact us within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless an item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged orders

Please email hello@example.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. This placeholder email must be replaced before launch.

Final-sale items

Sample policy: one-of-a-kind, custom, and discounted pieces are final sale. Any final-sale status will be identified on the product page before purchase.
